  • How to create effective sales funnels – build your customers trust in your business, to push them across the sales line.
  • Work on your mindset – work through your fears and use them to your advantage, learn strategies and habits to master your life.
  • Go above and beyond to deliver customer service that enchants your customers.  Learn about how to personalise your service, show a genuine interest in your customers, so that they will become your best sales tool.

 

Who am I…

I am Kate Butcher – Mum, wife and a Virtual Assistant with my own company – Paperclips Included Ltd.  I work with busy Mums who juggle running their business with running a family.  Over the last few years, I have had businesses in Hospitality and as a Virtual Assistant, and strongly believe in the importance of Attention to Detail and Delivering above and beyond expectation to provide the best for my customers.  I have studied all areas of business, learned as I have developed my business, had trials, errors and successes, and I am passionate about sharing all of the learning that I have done, with other Mums to give them the best start in business.

How, when, and how long?

The course will start during the week of 28th September.  There will be one hour long live teach each week, with tasks to complete and additional pre-recorded mini tutorials.  The time of the live session will be decided the week before, by poll of the best times for participants.  The live lesson will be held in Zoom, where course members can participate and ask questions, and the session will be live streamed into a private Facebook group for course members and will remain there until it has been uploaded to the membership access website for any course members to access in their own time.

Access to all course content will be available for a full year after the day that you joined the course.

  • Module 1 – Getting Started – Market Research, Competitor Analysis, Your Business Plan, Your Values, Your Financial Plan, Your Business Model & Structure, Different Tax considerations, Business Banking, How to record key information. 

 

  • Module 2 – Understand the “why” behind your business.  Understand your Mum guilt and learn new ways to think about this.  Identify the excuses that you make to yourself.  Learn to turn mistakes and failures into learning experiences.  Create your vision board.

 

 
  • Module 3 – Learn about websites, how to set one up, legal requirements, email marketing, GDPR, Branding and Graphic creation.

 

 
  • Module 4 – Marketing on Social Media and offline.  Start learning about the algorithms that get you the best reach.  Learn how to get started with Facebook/Instagram ads.  Make connections and collaborations that will push your business forward.  Content creation strategy.

 

 
  • Module 5 – Finding time for time management.  Setting goals, and breaking them down into manageable tasks, accurate recording.  Working out how you work best.

 

 
  • Module 6 – Marketing using Sales funnels.  Create a detailed customer Avatar.  How to attract customers at different stages of their buying journey and how to move them from interested to super customers.

 

 
  • Module 7 – Master your Mindset – Pushing through fears, how affirmations and Visualisations can drive you forward.  Form habits to make positive changes in your life and work.  The 5am Club.

 

  • Module 8 – Customer Service that your customers will love.  How to get great reviews and testimonials, and to make good use of these.  Personalise the experience for your customers.  Follow up to ensure repeat custom and recommendations.

 

  • Resources and Recommendations.  Mini tutorials throughout on how to use some of the best and best value services.
